Adiana Castellanos, MSN, APRN, PMHNP-BC

Adiana Castellanos is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) dedicated to providing compassionate, evidence-based mental health care to adults throughout Florida. She specializes in the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of a wide range of psychiatric conditions, including depression, anxiety disorders, ADHD, bipolar disorder, PTSD, OCD, insomnia, and psychotic disorders.

With more than a decade of experience in healthcare, Adiana has cared for patients in diverse clinical settings, including cardiovascular, neurology, oncology, medical-surgical, case management, and psychiatry. Her broad clinical background allows her to approach each patient with a comprehensive understanding of both physical and mental health, recognizing the important connection between the two.

Adiana believes that every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, and supported. She is known for her warm, approachable style and for creating a safe, nonjudgmental environment where patients feel comfortable discussing their concerns. She partners closely with each patient to develop personalized treatment plans that combine evidence-based medication management, psychoeducation, and therapeutic support to promote long-term emotional wellness and improved quality of life.

Adiana earned her Master of Science in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatric Mental Health from St. Thomas University and is licensed as an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse in Florida. She provides convenient telepsychiatry and in person services for adults, making high-quality mental health care accessible across the state.

Outside of her clinical practice, Adiana enjoys spending time with her family and continually expanding her knowledge through professional development to ensure her patients receive the highest standard of psychiatric care.
